Note: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a product quality issue. If the return is for reasons unrelated to product quality, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in new condition with the original retail packaging intact. Returns may be refused if they are damaged, dented, scratched, or missing major contents and packaging. Just email us your name and order number.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.). The processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

If you have not received your refund after seven (7) days, please first check your bank account to see if there are any notifications of failed refunds.
