The monitor won't power on when plugged in.
Make sure the cable is connected correctly and long press the power button (the one on top) for at least 3 seconds to turn it on. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center.
The monitor cyclically flashes various colors.
Try the following actions to solve the problem:
1. Long press the power button to restart the monitor.
2. Find “Reset” through OSD and try it to reset all the settings.
The monitor displays “No Signal” and then enters power saving mode.
1. Ensure that your device is compatible with the monitor.
2. Make sure that the connection method is correct. Try connecting the monitor to a higher power source.
3. Replace the connecting cable or device and confirm whether the problem lies with the device or the cable. If all have the same issue, contact the after-sales team.
The brightness setting turns gray and cannot be adjusted.
1. Turn HDR/DCR modes both to "OFF", and ensure that the ECO model is "STANDARD".
2. Find “Reset” and click on it.

Please note that after setting the OSD menu, you need to press the confirm button to save the settings. It usually takes 3 seconds to take effect.
The monitor worked properly until the computer system was updated.
1. Press “Win+x” to find “Device Manager”, disable the graphics card driver and then re-enable it.
2. If it doesn't work, go to the official website of your computer brand, download the correct driver, install it, and repeat the first step.
The brightness setting cannot be adjusted to the maximum.
This may be due to insufficient power supply. Try plugging the monitor into a 15W or higher power source.
The screen is dull in color not vibrant enough.
Try turning on HDR in the OSD, or adjust the “color temp” to your desired effect.
If you need higher color quality, we recommend models Z1C and Z1FC with 100% sRGB gamut.
The monitor has no sound.
1. Make sure the volume is not 0 on both the device and monitor.
2. Ensure that “MUTE” in the monitor OSD is set to “OFF”.
How to get two screens with different content?
Go to “Display” in computer settings, select “Extend these displays”. Or press WIN+P and choose Extend.
There are pixel dots on the screen.
1. Colored/white pixel dots can be fixed by gently pressing with a fingertip or tool.
2. Black pixel dots are usually normal; if there are only a few, it's acceptable for LCD.
