You can request a return for any reason within 60 days of the order date. For items not purchased directly through the Favpista online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. For quality issues, please refer to the instructions below.

Contact Customer Support: Contact Favpista Support to initiate a return. Provide the order number and reason for the return. You can also access our returns portal here.

Return Instructions: Favpista Support will provide a return address within 3 business days.

Return Notification: Send Favpista a return notification with the courier name and tracking number for prompt processing.Alternatively, you can use a Favpista prepaid shipping label to mail your package (if such labels are available).

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.). The processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

If you have not received your refund after seven (7) days, please first check your bank account to see if there are any notifications of failed refunds.

If you paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company. Sometimes, refunds are delayed for unknown reasons and take more time to be officially credited.

If you paid via bank account, please contact your bank first. Usually, it takes some time for the refund to be credited.

All quality-related defects of goods sold directly by Favpista or authorized dealers are covered by our 1-year global warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is invalid if the goods are taken abroad or shipped directly from unauthorized sellers.

Quality-related claims for goods purchased through authorized dealers (e.g. Walmart, Best Buy) are initially handled by the dealers themselves. Favpista will only take over the claim if the dealer is unable or unwilling to handle the claim. In this case, the item will be replaced with a new product. If replacement is not possible, a partial refund will be provided based on the age of the device.

The warranty period of the replacement product is the same as the original product, or 3 months after the replacement (whichever is longer). After a full refund, the warranty is invalid.

Provide proof of purchase: Valid proof includes order number, sales invoice or dated receipt from authorized dealers.

Documenting the problem: Provide the defective product's serial number and/or visible evidence of the defect.

Returning the product for inspection: Return the defective product if a quality inspection is required.
